E.S.A.V.P. has been serving Northern California as a professional D.J. since 1985 now offers Disc Jockey Referrals, Live Band & Musician Referrals and D.J. Equipment Rentals to assist you in finding the best entertainment for your wedding, anniversary party or special event.
E.S.A.V.P. is currently accepting
primarily Videography bookings with
occasional Disc Jockey events. As a D.J. service we will be there before the
guests arrive and stay to the end of the event. If the event continues
longer than expected, we do not charge for any extra time. Our rates vary
from a minimum charge of $675.00 to a maximum of $925.00
depending on locations and if an extra setup and/or equipment is needed
for that special day.
How can we do this? Very simple. We have always kept our overhead very low. We only employ family members for our services. Our D.J. service uses quality audio equipment providing excellent sound in all areas of the event site and at all volume levels. We still “spin” discs (CD’s) and implement two to three CD players allowing us flexibility and a totally live presentation. Our Disc Jockey is the business owner and a musician who plays in local Big Bands, R&B Groups & Live Theatre. This insight into live performances enhances our presentation through sensitivity to the requirements and requests of the guests. Our sound system configuration utilizes the entire room/site creating a clean and complete sound especially at extremely low volume levels. Our overhead remains low because we do not use lights, props, games or any other embellishment. Lighting tends to create a “nightclub” atmosphere which may not always be needed. We print our own business cards and literature and prefer to book either our D.J. service or our Videography service, which allows us to devote all of our resources to that particular segment of your wedding or event. Our current D.J. library spans eight decades and includes over 10,000+ titles. For weddings, we try to meet with the bride, groom and/or family members at least one time prior to the wedding day in order to setup the itinerary, special requests and music preferences thus personalizing your very "Special Day." Our personal touch also applies to other events you made need our services for including, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties or seasonal parties.
